Terms of Use

Welcome to Outfittr ("Application", "Service", or "we"). By accessing or using the Outfittr mobile application or website (https://outfittr.fit), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Outfittr App provides AI-powered fashion intelligence, including garment detection (Ungatekeeper), multi-modal virtual try-on, automated outfit scoring & roasts, and side-by-side fit battle comparisons.

2. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must NOT:

  • Upload photos depicting non-consensual content, explicit violence, nudity, or illegal material.
  • Upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our AI services, server infrastructure, or APIs.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to harvest product data or API endpoints.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • Your Photos: You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Outfittr App. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to deliver the requested AI features.
  • Public Shares: If you create a public share link, you authorize us to store and display the selected result and image for the life of that link. Do not share content you do not have the right to publish.
  • Outfittr Branding: Outfittr branding, software, interface designs, logos, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI ratings, outfit scores, garment match links, and virtual try-on renders are generated by automated machine learning models for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not warrant that AI-generated product shop links or pricing will always be 100% accurate, error-free, or in stock at external retailers.

5. Outfittr Pro Subscriptions

  • Weekly: Outfittr Pro is billed weekly and provides 50 style credits that refresh each week while the subscription is active.
  • Yearly: Outfittr Pro is billed annually and provides 40 style credits that refresh each week while the subscription is active.
  • Current localized prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel through Outfittr’s Customer Center or your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Unused weekly style credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Feature credit costs are shown in the app and may change prospectively.
  • Starter and promotional credits may be subject to one-time, per-device eligibility rules. Deleting an account or reinstalling Outfittr does not renew eligibility. Credits have no cash value and expire with the credit period in which they are awarded.
  • You can restore eligible purchases in the paywall or subscription-management screen. Deleting your Outfittr account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription.
  • Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfittr App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination and Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

You can delete your anonymous Outfittr account and associated data from Settings. Limited credit-eligibility, transaction, or business records may be retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy or where required by law.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent or legal guardian permits your use of Outfittr.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
