Welcome to Outfittr App ("Application", "Service", or "we"). By accessing or using the Outfittr App mobile application or website (https://outfittr.fit), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Outfittr App provides AI-powered fashion intelligence, including garment detection (Ungatekeeper), multi-modal virtual try-on, automated outfit scoring & roasts, and side-by-side fit battle comparisons.

2. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must NOT:

• Upload photos depicting non-consensual content, explicit violence, nudity, or illegal material.
• Upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our AI services, server infrastructure, or APIs.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to harvest product data or API endpoints.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

• Your Photos: You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Outfittr App. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to deliver the requested AI features.
• Outfittr Branding: All branding, software code, UI designs, logos, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Outfittr App Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI ratings, outfit scores, garment match links, and virtual try-on renders are generated by automated machine learning models for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not warrant that AI-generated product shop links or pricing will always be 100% accurate, error-free, or in stock at external retailers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfittr App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
